Kelowna is situated on Okanagan Lake in the Okanagan Valley almost 400 kilometres from Vancouver. It can have a mild climate with many sunny days. It has many opportunities for being outside and engaging in community activities. Kelowna is located on the territory of the syilx/Okanagan First Nations.
This community is located within BC’s Interior Health Authority.
